A customer Lead management system is a platform to create/ manage your potential leads in an effective and user-friendly manner. Add client details and create a lead, manage different project requirements of same lead along with separate activity tracker for both the requirement. Create activities, meeting invites, set reminders, and get notified for upcoming activities like client meetings and online meetings. Update the project status once the lead is successfully converted and review target achieved on monthly basis. Track overall summary from the dashboard screen.

Application Features.

Add Lead :
Make a record entry based on the details available initially and then later manage the additional details about the leads, discuss multiple requirements at the same time and track the activities efficiently.

Manage Projects :
Multiple projects can be added under a single lead and can be tracked simultaneously. Based on the clients repo, users expect a future scope from the potential lead which he can simply manage by creating a new project requirement under a lead.

Track Project Activities:
Based on requirement discussion, users can create an activity to maintain a Minutes of Meeting based on the activity and they can upload required documents also if any, for a better understanding of discussed requirements and continue the activities in the future.

Manage target on monthly basis:
Users can set the monthly target and maintain the target achieved accordingly to have an idea about the business coming monthly.

Share lead :
A User can collaborate with his teammate in case there is a requirement. A project requirement can be shared with multiple in-house teammates. Only the allowed members will have the access to manage the project.

Set Reminders :
Users can set the reminder based on their requirement discussion as It’s certainly difficult to follow up and remember the project activities as per the timeline.

Statistics :
Users can view an overall summary of the leads, projects, and activities done from the dashboard screen.
